Return Policy:

You can return defective, unworn and unwashed merchandise at any time within ten (10) days from the date of invoice for a merchandise exchange or full refund based on the original form of payment. Please pack and seal your return package securely in the original package. Shipping cost for the return package must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept return items for C.O.D. deliveries.

In the package please include original invoice and a note with the reason of return or for exchange. In case of the exchanges we will charge you for the shipping cost.

Liability Policy:

Rajiv Impex is not liable for the following items.

1) Wrong order and or wrong size of any item

2) As color of the image may differ from the actual merchandise due to the variations in the scanning method, photographs and the use of different browser and or due to the resolution setting by each pc user.

3) We do not guarantee that each merchandise will fit properly to all individuals. It may require some alterations. We are not responsible for any types of alteration to be required.

4) We do not guarantee and/or liable for any discoloration, fire retardation or fainting of the color and /or ornaments of the embroidery and/or for the material of the embroidery and/or merchandise.

5) While every effort has been made to accurately reproduce colors in the photographs, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric and dyeing process.
